No real "cons" but a couple things to consider before joining :
1 - Philz is all about bettering the days of the people they serve - customers of course but also team members. That's their mission and they live it every day. If you truly love being of service to others and being a positive team contributor - Philz is definitely the place for you above all others.
2 - Philz is growing. This is a good thing. It means more people and communities get to experience Philz - not to mention new career opportunities for existing team members who want to grow. The company has been very smart about controlling the pace of adding new stores. So if you don't feel like the experience you are having measures up to what you expected - it's not because of growth which some people might be inclined to think. Speak to your manager or your manager's manager or HR or send a note directly to the top about any concerns you have. Even as they continue to grow, Philz values about people are the same as when there was only one store. That was my experience.
