Stressful workload most of the times with little support from management. Seems like they are more worried about following a set of rules rather than making service go by smoothly.

My store had a very supportive work environment, but that differs location to location.

Cons

Halfway through my time at Philz management changed the staffing budget so we were almost always understaffed, especially on weekends.
