Had some great coworkers and initial management was amazing and caring of both customers and employees

Cons

customers can get snippy because they tend to be in a wealthy area and they also laid off a bunch of employees who found out via instagram

Pros

Great coworkers, benefits, and free coffee. Recipes are pretty simple for the most part, and team discounts for beans.

Cons

Very fast paced environment, you can't even take a break to drink water during your working shift. You get only a 10 minute break, and overworked. CEO has become very greedy as well!

Allows you to meet new people and develop relationships with team members due to the tight-knit community of employees for each store. Good tips received (depending on location).

Cons

Incredibly high stress with little room for slip-ups, poor management (both store and corporate), promised incremental raises haven't been honored for over a year now, no 401(k) match, careless corporate climate hidden behind a "we're a fun, loving, company that cares for their employees" façade.
