      Pros

      The pay is slightly above average for a coffee shop, and you meet a lot of people. If you're in school, or you're lonely, go for it.

      Cons

      There's not much communication between levels. Upper management likes to pretend there is, but nah, not really. That can be annoying to a lot of people for a lot of reasons, but I don't really care.

      Philz Coffee was the worst job experience, corporate does not care about you, claims to be so righteous but in reality is just like any other franchise. No emphasis on all the “green” & “eco friendly” necessary rules, over priced everything
