      Private company so you feel like a part of a team Health Insurance Dental Insurance Good, unique product

      Cons

      Expanding too quickly Too much brand hype Lack of communication between management Home office removed and has idealistic view of how on ground operations should work

      Pros

      Great job for college students who are unable to have full availability, meet great team members, good customer interactions (sometimes), organized shifts and duties, room for upward mobility, managers interested in the well being of the barista.

      Cons

      Unorganized when it comes down to some team members roles, can be hectic and busy, may feel overworked, long shifts are exhausting.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, co workers are always friendly, also we get some pretty great people as costumers that come and go being in the heart of the silicon valley. Always opportunities to move up in the chain of command as seen day to day in management.

      Cons

      Opening shifts can be pretty exhausting, however is to be expected of a coffee shop job.
