Amazing people on both sides of the bar, with great product and a consistently friendly and warm atmosphere.

Cons

Not too many, but I found patterns of team drama to be present, and management inconsistent at times.

Everyone who works at Philz is incredibly special. They really do a great job of hiring individuals. Best managers ever!

Cons

The pay was terrible but I heard raises have gone through.

Pros

Philz is a great place to find a group of friends and a community. Management, at least at my store was really good and everyone worked really hard. The pay is really good too for coffee.

Cons

Obviously scheduling in food service is the worst so it's not that different from anywhere else. It can get pretty gossipy because the company is still pretty small
