Difficult hours, little support from management, exhausting work for little pay

Free drinks that taste good. The people that work there are overall great and I cannot speak enough about how much I respected and appreciated my coworkers.

Cons

Typical corporate coffee shop: exhausting hours and labor for very little reward. Back hurt constantly because of the concrete floors. No substantial healthcare is offered.

Lovely people to work with, fun regulars and had a good atmosphere around it. Pay increases every 6 months

How late they closed, sometimes the people closing didn't do all the closing tasks, but it was still worth working there

Love working here it's been such a flexible work schedule, which is so helpful as a student! The work culture is so supportive and positive each shift, the hiring management does such a great job at selecting great candidates that mesh well with the Philz culture
