Cons

Strong disconnect between stores and corporate Growth Limited to in store, so strong incentives to cut teeth elsewhere. Can be clique-y if store lead breeds a toxic environment Unsure vision on how things should be vs could be done

When you're at a good store it feels like family, the atmosphere is hectic but all around a better hourly job than any other I've had. Also the pay is usually a bit more than most part time jobs

Cons

It's busy!! And the work can get complicated at times since it's such a lengthy process to make the drinks.
