- As many or as few hours available for you to work as you'd like - Consistently busy - Great tips - Amazing coworkers who care about each other and what they're doing - Awesome regulars - ALL the free coffee

Cons

- Very demanding and fast-paced shifts that are consistently understaffed - Occasional weird competitive attitudes between baristas and team leads - Very widespread hours and no routine from week to week
