      Pros

      Nice pay and benefits and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Yearly rounds of layoffs! Disappearing departments in Foster City while they continuously build up the team in Bangalore to save costs while the influx of customers/new accounts increase. The build up should be local not off-shore.
