I find that I have a great deal of latitude in my daily work. My management team looks out for me and encourages me to explore opportunities that are of interest to me.

Cons

Dutch company that is run by some people who are not entirely in tune with what is really needed by people at the lower levers of the organization. Risk adverse senior leadership style.

The 401k is very good. Good matching. The talent of software engineers is very good. Fairly casual atomosphere which makes work much more enjoyable.

Cons

Healthcare is terrible. They do not utlilize talent of software engineers at all. They are stuck on making products that are behind the times. This is not a forward thinking or very innovative company. Way to slow in process. 2 years without a raise so far because of economic concerns. This was accross the board. Not enough disclosure.
