Cons

Fast tracked young management with limited experience and poor people skills. Managers do not trust employees. Whites need not apply. Equity is just a word.

A great space to learn with a variety of flavors of portfolios, sciences, and people. The environment is highly collaborative with minor unnecessary politics/red tape. People have the liberty to do what they are interested in. You will also be able to make actual work-friends here.

Cons

The compensation is subpar compared to the industry standard. Also, verticle mobility is rather stagnant with a lot of colleagues with much longer tenure who are not moving up or out. Some older colleagues are laid back and lack inspiration.
