      Too many organizational changes, too many layoffs, takes forever to get things done at times due to complex processes

      Cons

      Things tend to move slowly. Decisions from the top level affecting staffing and budgets often seem last-minute and short-sighted. Removing remote positions does not seem like a well thought out method of saving money.
