      Pfizer's aim is top notch; to deliver breakthroughs that change patients' lives. This is felt in the hearts and minds of the workforce.

      Cons

      Current leadership simply pales in comparison to that of the past years while taking sizable bonuses and laying off a great deal of people that poured their blood, sweat and tears into vaccines during the pandemic; thus sucking the life out of the workforce.
