      Good salary and a good amount of training.

      Cons

      Depending on the area you work at, work can be really stressful and you don't have the resources you need to perform the job. Old management style.

      The company has a good training program, specially to people that are begening. Interesting work. A lot of challenges. Good personal relationships.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic. Few growth opportunities. No meritocracy. Technical work are overlapped by the government interest that are never clear for employees .
