Hey its a field that always needs people who know what they're talking about and pays national average.

Cons

No leadership, formal training or instruction, I had to learn my job by asking questions every other minute. Not all that satisfying unless cars are your passion. You could be blowing your sales goals out the door and you'll still be in trouble.
