Cons

Company pushes sales at all costs and pushes honesty out the door. Employees are instructed to push services and repairs to customers that are in no way necessary.

it is a paycheck no matter how small it might be. they will hire with no experience

Cons

your schedule hours always change, grumpy and lazy coworkers, no consistency anywhere. management team never agrees or gives you the same answer for anything you ask them. employees who have been with the company 10+ years get away with anything they want and they let you know it, new employees are taken advantage of and hollered at

-Great experience for entry level applicants -Builds Sales and Customer Service Skills -You learn a lot about the daily operations within the automotive industry - even outside the company. -Can be a very fun place to work with. -Network with several outside vendors which creates a nice personal/professional network pool.

Cons

-Poor upper management. -Low compensation -VERY stressful environment. Especially for service advisers.
