I had a flexible work schedule and the benefits were very good. 401k was .50 on the dollar.

Cons

Holds you accountable for training but material is outdated by years. Unethical practices in management. While some employees were allowed to break "rules" and not be held accountable other were reprimanded or fired.

Being able to work with a variety of people can helping them when they are in need is very satisfiying

Cons

There is not much room for progressing in a professional career which is why i am looking for another opportunity somewhere else.
