Great People to Work With. Poor Leadership From Upper Management.

The crew of people I work with, flexible schedules if enough staff available. Training always available if you need it.

Cons

Short staffed, techs are underpaid for the kind of work they do. Upper management does not see the necessity for spending money to upgrade old shop equipment and invest in their people. Poor direction and leadership from some higher level management.
