the do not know great customer service professionals when they see them, nor do they know how to hold on to good employees when the have them. no rewards for excelling on the job, no recognition for anything, and two faced area directors esp. on long island

Work close to home, like my co workers, get discounts on a lot of things I use frequently. Did I say close to home?

Thrown into job without proper training, long hours, micro managed, when you have a single bad sales day everyone's calling you and treating you like crap
