No waiting a year and burning yourself out . They have an excellent training department to help you excel. Pros

Company goals are clear and easy to understand. From retail related selling to inventory management. Good opportunity to learn, as most part stores do not offer tire sales.

Cons

Parts Manager works closing a lot. Inventory management is very time consuming.
