Got the job with not so much experience and willing to work with my school schedule

Cons

16$ an hour but its a flat rate pay which means I can actually make no money being there all day.

If you hustle and know people you can make money.

Cons

Lazy management on all levels that don't care about you. Every employee is only concerned with a paycheck. No one cares about the actual job at hand.

They keep you busy... really busy. Doing your job and the jobs of the incompetent people that they hire purely because they have warm blood and a pulse and will occasionally respond to stimuli.

Cons

They make you work more hours and pay you less. This is for most positions but is especially true for their service employees, mainly the managers and technicians. If you are an exempt employee do not expect to have a life out side of Pep Boys because they will suck the life, fun and happiness right out of you.
