20 percent discount, Co workers are good guys.

Cons

For a general service tech you make 7 bucks an hour plus 6.50 per billable hour. If there's no cars coming in they you are only getting paid 7 bucks an hour... even worse for regular techs, they get paid 17 an hour flat rate. No cars means zero dollars.
