Customers were the best. Even though Pepboys over sales. The CSR's are instructed to just get the most dollar you can. wages are low and the employees get a percentage of sales along with the GM getting a bonus for sales. Scam artists these people are.

Cons

They suck you in with promises and than take full advantage of you. Pay verses hours were terrible. A company I would rate as the #1 worse company to work for.

great atmosphere, great learning experience, great relationship building

Cons

upper management can't make changes when necessary, too corporate, have to go through too many steps to get results, if you even get any results, changed pay structure and told me I would be getting the same rate of pay and now my checks are 200-300 less
