Place to learn & move up the ladder (pay included) if you put in the effort. Building relationships with customers. Good benefits.

Cons

Proper staffing. Starting pay can be low. Difficult to get good staffing. (see low pay) Older facilities/equipment/ancient computer systems. Need more store support from corporate. Open 7 days/week.

Your co-workers will be the best thing about the job.

Cons

You will definitely be asked to do more than you were hired without compensation or title change. Leadership does not make decisions with customers or employees in mind. If we start progressing, then Carl steps in and throws a wrench. Leadership fires people without real justification while appointing themselves into higher paying roles.
