Pros

Work life balance - you can maintain a good balance. Perks - at par with the industry

Cons

Racism - if you are not an Israeli or a Jew, you are an outsider. Global company in name only. Everything is controlled in Tel Aviv. Israelis call the shots even if they are not competent. Politics - blatant politics, starting with the top leaders. Each one in Corporate Forum is building their fiefdom and can't work with each other. They think nobody can see this. Culture - Only sucking up to the manager matters. Employees grow not by working, but politics.

Pros

1. Great workers, everyone is super nice, culture is very friendly. Great people overall. 2. Comfortable office space - can be sometimes too small. 3. Interesting product.

Cons

Horrendous management - There is only one focus and its profit, nothing else is important. 0 work ethic, management will lie and trick you if it shows them in a positive light. A tendency to look for scapegoats and people to blame instead of creating meaningful change. No care whatsoever for risk practices and how a business is run. Backstabbing from lower management against employees in order to get promotions - encouraged by high management. Treating employees like sub class and not equals. No interest in real product development and criticism. No care for employees struggles and suggestions. I can keep going on and on. The crux of the matter is, the employees are fantastic but the management is a walking disaster. If I had the power to change one thing in the company is to fire all managers and promote good hard working long term employees who have been carrying this company for the past few years without their work being recognized.
