Leadership in India lack vision

Business Outlook

Pros

Global company, high growth industry. Safe player so steady unlike those unicorns in the tech space. If you want to add a brand name in your cv that is recognized outside your country then it is a good choice.

Cons

Whatever value Payoneer may have as an employer globally, the India bosses are doing a horrible job of managing the team here. People don't have any direction for their career, you can easily find yourself at bottom of the hierarchy just because they felt like restructuring.

Pros

Great culture , smart and hardworking employees, you will enjoy working with these people. The company's products are market leading and clients are mostly loyal.

Cons

Mostly do not promote internally and grow the company by hiring external candidates. Compensation is lower than market average.

Pros

great coworkers, very friendly, diverse group food provided in office

Cons

low wages, considering the level of knowledge required about the company, the level of service provided by employees, and multiple languages required management is terrible, incredibly inconsistent, at best only pretend to care about employees optics are better than performance; doing a good job is far less important than appearing to do a good job internal promotion is seemingly based on office politics, not performance, skill, or other measurables bathroom trips tightly regulated, going to the bathroom must be done on a break, not in the middle of shift internal promotion processes not transparent, best employees generally not the ones promoted
