Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience with us was disappointing. We take concerns about workplace culture and work-life balance seriously. Feedback from current and former employees is essential to our growth, especially when it comes to creating an environment where people feel respected, heard, and empowered to share ideas that can improve the business and the customer experience. If you're open to a conversation, we encourage you to reach out directly to your previous HR Business Partner to discuss this further.
