Pros

Never had a problem with Payroll After stabilizing my position, started to get free pass to explore any initiative I desire

Cons

The management is unstable, a lot of C-levels were replaced in the past couple of years. Every now and then there are "quiet" layoffs

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback and for your many years working with us. We’re glad to hear that you’ve experienced stability and have had the autonomy to explore different initiatives. We also recognize that leadership changes and organizational shifts can create uncertainty. While adjustments are sometimes necessary as we evolve, they are made with the long-term vision and sustainability of the business in mind. We appreciate your perspective and your advice. It’s feedback like this that helps us reflect, learn, and continuously improve as we move forward.

Worst job I've ever had

Pros

There were a few people I really enjoyed, all of us there together in the garbage fire.

Cons

Everything at this place was a con. My team changed 3-5 times in two years, without any warning. People leaving and being fired in the middle of the night without any notice to the rest of the staff. A horrible company with horrible management and values. Top-level management openly making genocidal comments and ignoring the realities of the horrors in Gaza, which has created a culture where the untold number of us who didn't agree with them couldn't say anything, without fear of retribution. I waited to leave this review until many months after I stopped working there, for exactly those reasons. It was a place where 'being on the radar' with management or with other teams was the worst thing you could be, and everyone is trying to place blame on everyone else for the business's failures. The product team is a complete joke, and they pat themselves on the back for every little thing, even when the product fails as a whole. Everyone there with a pulse is looking for a way out. They're all (as I did) putting on smiling faces and pretending it's normal to work for this company and its awful, tribal, immoral practices and values. I feel for HR, who means well and hears all of this in every exit interview, but can't do a thing about it, because the company culture is so rotten at its core. Never, ever work here. I wish I hadn't.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to learn about your negative experience whilst working with us. Feedback like this is taken seriously, particularly when it reflects concerns around leadership, communication, and trust. We recognize that times of organizational change can be disruptive, and we know that poor communication or lack of clarity can significantly impact the employee experience. This is something we are working to continuously improve on, as well as strengthening transparency, accountability, and consistency across teams. We want to be clear that discrimination, harassment, or retaliation of any kind is not aligned with our principles, and we expect all leaders and employees to treat one another with respect and professionalism. We encourage employees to raise concerns through HR so they can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. While we understand that your experience was disappointing, we appreciate you sharing it. Honest feedback, especially when critical, helps us reflect and continue the work needed to build a better, more inclusive, and respectful workplace. We wish you the very best in your next chapter.

Pros

The role was pitched as exciting and new, with the chance to shape it from the ground up. • Initial enthusiasm during the hiring process

Cons

Before I even joined, my manager was changed without warning. • For five months, I was given mixed signals and no clear direction, despite being told the role was “brand new” and I could “make it into what I wanted.” • Ultimately, I was let go with the explanation that I was “too senior” for what they needed - despite them recruiting me for exactly that level. • Feedback was contradictory and unhelpful: first told I “didn’t do anything,” then told it was because of their misalignment in what they actually wanted. • Shows a lack of planning, accountability, and respect for the time and careers of their employees.
