Pros

1. respecting work hours. 2. some people are really nice.

Cons

1. encouraging mediocrity, and 'small head'. 2. lying in recruitment process on benefits (rationalizing that the company has changed their minds). 3. working top-bottom (instead of bottom-up).

Advancement feels culturally exclusive

Pros

My core team was wonderful — collaborative, respectful, and genuinely supportive.

Cons

Even though Payoneer promotes itself as a global company, the culture is strongly centered around its Israeli roots. In reality, it often feels like growth and leadership opportunities are mainly given to those who are Israeli or closely aligned with that background and political mindset. During a recent interview, I was even asked about the origin of my name — a question that seemed more about figuring out if I "fit in" than learning about my qualifications. While the company highlights its international workforce, many of those employees seem to be there for appearance’s sake. People working inside the company can feel that real decisions and growth are influenced by a very specific cultural and political perspective.
