Pros

Lots of growth, profitable, smart team, big potential

Cons

B2B payments space is crowded, and significant marketing investment required to help build brand and differentiate. Brand not well known despite significant size and growth

Pros

--good pay for this kind of job --flexible hours --possible to work night/ holiday shifts (for extra pay) --company is generous in general (birthday gift, food expanses etc.)

Cons

Working as a customer representative is hell. lots of pressure on representatives to take as many calls as possible while answering emails simultaneously. employees are evaluated only by their daily quota, not by quality, so many customers get the generic email and come back yelling. some managers are too harsh on every tiny break you take (even if it's for other work related task). little to zero options for promotions to other departments.
