Pros

- Fully remote positions for developers, rare in Spain. - Competitive salary with no hesitation to pay well. - Great benefits: - 3 extra vacation days. - Half-day off for your birthday. - Good-enough health insurance well covered. - Quick access to any software licenses or tools you need.

Cons

- Lack of clarity in hierarchies; roles and responsibilities can feel blurry. - Sometimes teams and leaders are uncertain due to top-level decisions not being made. - From the product team, sometimes the requirements are kind of weird. - Current restructuring leaves room for improvement but adds temporary uncertainty.

Pros

I’ve been part of this company’s journey since we were just 25 employees, all the way to the 500-strong team we are today. Over the past four years, it’s been an incredible adventure filled with challenges, growth, and success—all achieved together as a unified team. What truly stands out about this place is the mutual respect we have for one another as individuals. It’s not just a workplace; it’s a school of life where we’ve been given opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive. Here, innovation is encouraged, collaboration is celebrated, and every voice matters. It’s a place where you can take on meaningful challenges, knowing you’ll have the support of an exceptional group of colleagues. The culture fosters both personal and professional development, and I’m grateful to have been part of a company that values its people and their potential.

Cons

A possible downside of PayRetailers is the fast-paced growth, which can sometimes make it challenging to keep processes fully streamlined. However, it’s perfect for those who enjoy dynamic environments.
