Pros
- Good company. Very open, very collaborative. - Gives flexibility on thoughts as long as they like it.
Cons
- VERY BAD politics. It's on every org. You are warned if you are going into this company, make sure you know what you are getting into. - They don't really care about your technical ability rather if you are good with your upper management or leadership (AKA if you kiss their #@#) then you're good. - Managers aren't technically strong. They just have been there for a long time - Managers don't have a say on the candidates, upper management does even though they don't directly work with the candidates. - This is the company where you are evaluated on the basis of what your upper management thinks of your work or amount of effort you put in.
