      Lots of thought leaders are being brought in from outside firms with fresh ideas how to grow the company to the next level.

      Cons

      Challinging culture transitioning from startup to a mature institution. A lot of processes and some irrational expectations from leaders who are disconnected from day / day operations.

      senior management can sometimes be inspiring outside of the human resources function and does genuinely try to build cohesive teams

      Cons

      mid level management lack copetency in human resource functions. often times politics takes precidence over doing the right things for the company or for other empployees.

      PayPal offers great benefits as compared to a lot of other companies and salaries are decent. There area a lot of good people.

      Cons

      A lot of distrust and office politics, it's tough to know who to trust. Frequent reorganization.
