Pros

Nice coworkers, summer Fridays (but you'll be so busy you won't get to take then), unlimited PTO (again you'll be so busy you won't get to take much)

Cons

Low pay for a lot of difficult work. You will never get a raise and if you do it'll be less than 4% every other year. The workload is untenable, you will have to manage 10 or more studies with systems from the 90s and early 2000s that are not efficient. Most people (non PMs, sr management) have worked there forever and are fine with managing studies with word doc and excel, again it's a flawed system. Ideas are never excepted by senior management and they are out of touch with what is happening to the actual PMs. The manager doesn't even know how to run a study and can't help employees during critical times like study start up. High PM turnover across the US. Just run. Best day of my life was when I turned in my notice.

Pros

None. Work here only if you are on the brink of starvation.

Cons

1. The most disorganized and chaotic company I've ever worked for 2. You will be overworked to death and promised help frequently which will never materialize. 3. Low pay and laughable benefits 4. Most work here because they can't find work anywhere, resulting in an very high rate of turnover. 6. Almost everyone you will work with will be on a temporary visa. So, this is where all the "cheap labor willing to die" for a paycheck congregates. I don't blame the foreign workers, but the management does take advantage of them. 7. This company is everything, from the perspective of an employee, a company should NOT be.

Pros

The company offers paid training and is heavily involved in pharmaceutical contracting.

Cons

This employer is not a neurodiverse friendly employer. I was terminated after requesting a reasonable accomodation for "code copying" and the employer has refused to negotiate with my legal team and will most likely challenge my unemployment leaving me in a financial mess. They also blatantly lied about their process for terminating me and claimed my termination was done a week before the termination. They continue to do shady things while claiming to be neurodiverse friendly and working with Specialisterne. Stay away.
