      Great benefits and perks, but don’t let that fool you!!

      Layoffs happening left and right, but very quietly so you don’t know it’s happening all around you. Upper management has no plan for properly re-orging all the teams they tear apart in the layoffs. They keep the worst people on top. Upper management on my team was the worst I had ever seen in my career. They have no idea how to manage and care only about themselves. No career growth whatsoever, and when you ask about it you are told titles dont matter and you should just be thankful to have a job.

      Management doesn't care about you, lies to employees, very shady, not equal pay for doing same work, no raises.

However, your note regarding your experiences with management are concerning, as this is in no way representative of the values and culture permeated from the CBSi HR or executive team. Although the processes may not be apparent to all employees, our internal compensation bands are reviewed several times per year to ensure that employees performing the same job are being compensated fairly and in line with market compensation data. With this in mind, we are still always looking to improve and your feedback is valued as we continue to improve communication in the future.

      Our Team Was Remarkably Capable and Resilient. There are many talented people across the company who are dedicated to a good mission. The DEI work is thoughtful and authentic

      Cons

      Leadership vision is completely lacking and pathetic Profit is ALWAYS prioritized over reach and impact— and it is not a winning strategy. The constant cuts are demoralizing and sometimes not needed when other strategies— like lowering outsized exec pay would be more effective HR and IT people try but systems are weak and ineffective. The amount of time spent navigating horrible, illogical systems is mind numbing The legal staff are capable but slow the wheels on almost anything that is innovative. Big lack of being able to sort forest from trees Innovation is almost non-existent. This is a ‘deathstar’ unfortunately
