Pros

Good benefits and perks, fun environment, co-workers are generally interesting, and there's many opportunities to learn new technologies and business principles.

Cons

Very low wages, very little upward mobility, racial segregation, very small percentage of minorities working on productions, even less minorities in managerial positions, productions are controlled by a few people who tend to be older and out of touch with what's current, no opportunity to input ideas and/or suggestions.

Pros

Lots of projects, lots of work, some good people. Free coffee, popcorn, beer at events. It could be a good progressive culture, but it isn't.

Cons

No decent management, and no support from that management. People who have been there many years know how to set up others for failure. Latest management group in charge is paranoid of anyone who has worked for former management group. Longest retained folks get promoted no matter how many systems they've messed up. Just don't find large, wide-spread errors in the systems caused by others in the group, or management will fabricate problems with your performance. Yes, favoritism is rampant. And management keeps quiet about large issues that may reflect badly on their core performance. Then someone gives them a raise. Good place to hone skills, and learn how not to manage people. Then, quietly move on to a better environment that also pays better.
