      Pros

      The perks are great, and... Really it's all about the perks. Summer Fridays, 401k, great health, easy hours, those are the best things about working at Viacom.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than comparable roles at comparable companies, Times Square is THE WORST, and promotions are next to impossible. Unless your manager is actively pushing on your behalf (and most managers are merely trying to hold onto their own jobs), then you can expect to stay in exactly the same spot until you retire.

      - Terrible management - no process - Hostile people - No company culture - Cold work environment - Ruthless management ( do or get fired whether your sick or ill or not well) - Dis-organized PMO - Sweat shop (Just tattoo your arm made to slave) DO NOT WORK FOR NICKELODEON ESP FOR THE PMO TEAM.
