      No room for growth, no benefits. Ok for starting job.

      Pros

      The job is easy, it's usually slow in the office.

      Cons

      No benefits, not able to easily take time off (even though you're not paid for vacations), bosses pick favorites, the rates keep getting lower and lower for the same work.
