Enjoyed most of the people I worked with and got to work on some interesting digital brands

Cons

Poor team structure and management. Also no pay raise was offered or given in the entire three years I was there. Had to leave due to inability to grow.

Pros

- Casual environment (jeans, K9 Fridays, Food trucks in the summer, monthly happy hours) - Exposure (great training for people new to digital media)

Cons

- Pay (definitely on the lower end for salary range. Not always open to negotiations) - Stretched thin (sometimes the work load is a lot depending on the department. I think most departments are permanently understaffed) - Promotions are difficult to come by. Most go to internal candidates but spots don't open up a lot so when they do, everyone goes for them. - Business vertical loyalty - sometimes they don't give you a chance if you don't have experience in the exact field

Pros

Potential for creating programming that is meaningful, like it once was. Access to best in class resources. Benefits like $10k annually for educational credits.

Cons

Very little room for growth. Upper management is old, rigid and out of teach with innovation. Unless you work in sales, career progression will be slow and close to impossible as most senior level people simply do not leave until they are let go.
