      Pros

      A compnay that truly embraces you for you. Always looking to champian diversity in various ways while continuting to produce one of a kind content.

      Cons

      It's easy to get "lost" when it comes to networking and getting next steps. It takes special kind of people to know how to navigate and push through to achieve what they truly want.

      Pros

      I was an intern with one of MTV's websites. They produce daily content which is really important experience for a communications student. Very demanding -- almost considered a staffer.

      Cons

      Typical office drama...a lot of gossip. I wasn't really used to that, but I guess it comes with the territory. Sometimes staffers had to scramble to find things for interns to do.
