Good benefits but hard to move up

Great benefits with paid time off, company holidays, and decent 401k matching; there is a casual work environment (casual dress code), and most people are good to work with

Cons

Very difficult to move up in the company, low paying compared to other similar companies, hard to get a raise for the lower level people, ridiculous bonus structure for the senior executives

For someone who's right out of school, it's a great place to learn about the media industry. While the salary is not competitive, the benefits and perks definitely bump up what you get.

Cons

The pay is pretty low around entry level positions - and freelancers tend to get the short end of the stick in terms of benefits.
