      Company offers many benefits which allow employee exposure to industry, work life programs, and additional education. Work with employees needs to establish a good work life program.

      Cons

      Compensation for jobs within the industry are some what low. At times long working hours are long due to lay offs which employees are expected to pick up former employees work load.

      - excellent benefits (examples: above average tuition reimbursement, 401k matching and PTO) - established great relationships with coworkers - great mentors

      Cons

      - old media mindset in NY office - work/life balance does not exist when short staffed - high turnover in some offices - training varies between the different offices
