You are surrounded by young, energetic and highly creative people. The company culture is great and there are alot of opportunities for growth. With the media environment changing, the brands are doing their best to keep up.

Cons

There is a general sense of disorganization at the company. Shake-ups occur often

Pros

Lots of friendly, smart people. Most everybody is enthusiastic about their work. Social events with free food and drinks. Beer nights Foosball and pingpong tables, hoops, arcade games. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Bonuses are paid in company's stock. Annual raise is a joke. Turnover in development is quite high due to low compensation. The company is heavily restructuring to comply with CBS corporate demand of returns on their 1.6 B investment. Entire teams are outsourced to EU and Asia. As of about a year ago, questionable choices of technological renovations where budget precedes quality and reliability. Current outlook of the company as an entity is grim.
