      Great place to work but career opportunities are simply NOT available.

      Pros

      Fun place to work and most people are great to work with. My advise keep a three year plan YR1, learn, YR2 work on your resume, and YR3 move on to the next career opportunity elsewhere. This plan will guarantee advancement both professionally and financially.

      Pros

      Old Hollywood asthetic. Lot can be a great place to cultivate a solid network in an industry dominated by who you know, not what you know.

      Cons

      The studio business is at a crossroads. With change comes opportunity, but I don't think the powers that have the vision necessary to seize the day.
