Paramount Pictures reviews

The pay isn't exactly the best, and they do often work with antiquated systems. There's growing frustration among many people regarding the types of movies that Paramount is producing/greenlighting. There really isn't an overall sense that you're working for "One Team", the "Paramount Family". I worked at Disney for many years and they had a special way of making you feel like you were "Part of the Magic". There's no real leadership presence here, it would be nice if there was a way to make the employees feel more engaged and connected to Paramount movies and it's philosophy.

I wish there was a better opportunities for interns to become full-time employees. The woman who handles hiring does not work with the interns throughout the semester. This was frustrating because bring a productive intern seemed to go unnoticed. I received valuable advice regarding jobs from other HR team members, but felt it didn't go far with the current system.
