Pros

The Paramount lot is absolutely beautiful and always full of exciting things! My boss allowed me to have full access to all projects and day to day activities, which was a great learning experience . I interned my last semester before graduating. I wish I would have been able to be there longer! Free movie screenings, awesome networking events and nice HR team.

Cons

I wish there was a better opportunities for interns to become full-time employees. The woman who handles hiring does not work with the interns throughout the semester. This was frustrating because bring a productive intern seemed to go unnoticed. I received valuable advice regarding jobs from other HR team members, but felt it didn't go far with the current system.

Thank you for your feedback. We actually have a great pipeline through our internship program and had our highest conversion numbers in 2014. Hopefully you were able to participate in our office hours, recruitment workshops as well as lectures. I also hope you joined our private Facebook page where we post openings throughout Viacom. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure students are aware of all that we offer to get a full time role.
