      Pros

      Beautiful campus that is especially gorgeous during the holiday season; many opportunities for employees to get involved; rich history with many classic films in its library. A lot of really good people who want to see the company do well.

      Cons

      Some bad eggs in the bunch. Too many self-interested executives at the top with extremely limited leadership skills; lately it feels like we're rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
