The very flat organization allows you to make connections with everyone. Every employee on the lot from creative executives to c-suite execs are welcoming to answer your questions. Also, hiring managers really give you an opportunity to make a real value add contribution.

- departments are siloed and compete with each other. - rumors of layoffs. - inconsistant experience for same titles, some people have years more experience with a lesser title than others. - culture of paranoia. - micromanaging senior management. - poor communication within departments. - lack of ability to learn and grow. bosses intentionally block you from information as a power play. - salaries are not competitive. - horrible work life balance.
