Thank You for your feedback! All Paramount interns have always been paid. You may have been employed by a vendor and not with us directly.

Pros

Creativity. Prestige. Global. Fun. Comfortable. Paramount has some of the biggest and best properties in the entertainment business and Viacom as a whole will be strong for years to come. The stock seems like a stable and growing equity.

Cons

Structure does not promote cross-division team-work. The quarterly reporting inherent in a publicly traded company causes incentives to be aligned poorly at times.

Pros

Exciting environment, great people, great benefits.

Cons

There were times I felt that senior management and HR did not care about its employees.
